4 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the join99 account.
• Withdrawals that meet all requirements are completed in an average of under 5 minutes.
• Bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirements have been met.

7 Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Before any permanent action is taken, join99 will attempt to contact the member to provide an opportunity for clarification, except in cases that are clearly serious.

Actions that may result in immediate permanent account closure without prior warning include: use of false identity, money laundering, detected cheating, or threats against the integrity of the platform.

Members whose accounts are closed due to policy violations are not entitled to recover bonus balances still in turnover progress. However, unused deposit balances will be returned through the appropriate verification process.
