Join99 is more than just a place to play. We are a community — millions of Indonesian players who believe that online entertainment should be fair, safe, and deliver real value. This is our story.
If you ask how join99 started, the answer is simple: frustration. Frustration with online gaming platforms that were slow, clunky, opaque about their rules, and made it hard for players to withdraw their own winnings.
In 2018, a small group of developers and online gaming enthusiasts across Asia decided to build something different. Not a platform designed to extract as much profit as possible from players, but one that genuinely put fair and enjoyable gameplay first. That was the beginning of join99.
"We built join99 on one simple principle: if you win, you deserve your money — easily and fast. There is no justification for withdrawals that take days to process."
— The join99 Founding TeamIn our early years, we focused on building a solid technical foundation — a payment system fully integrated with Indonesian banking, server infrastructure capable of handling player surges without disruption, and an encryption system ensuring every transaction is protected from start to finish.
Join99 has not grown through mass advertising alone. Our greatest growth has come from word of mouth — satisfied players inviting friends, family, and colleagues to join because they have experienced the difference firsthand.
When our first members completed their first withdrawal in under 5 minutes, we knew we were on the right track. As thousands of positive reviews from Indonesian players began praising our transparency and speed, our confidence to keep growing only got stronger.
Today, join99 serves over 5 million active members across Indonesia, processing thousands of transactions daily. But behind those numbers, what matters most to us remains unchanged: every member who plays on join99 deserves to be treated fairly, respectfully, and transparently.
Security is not an add-on at join99 — it is the foundation of our entire platform. All member data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL standards. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent international certification bodies. And all financial transactions are processed through a licensed payment gateway separate from join99's core system.
We also believe that the enjoyment of gaming can only last when it's done responsibly. That's why join99 provides responsible gaming tools — from daily deposit limits and play-time reminders to temporary break options. All of these are available right in your account dashboard, not buried behind a complicated process.

One of the things we're most proud of is the listening culture at join99. Every piece of member feedback — positive or critical — is taken seriously by our team.
